  1. Know why you do what you do.

 

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, - Colossians 3:23

 

  1. Understand the reward.

 

since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. - Colossians 3:24

 

  1. God has no favorites. (and neither should you!)

 

Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism. - Colossians 3:25

 

 

Points to Ponder

 

  1. Based on your mindset, attitude, behavior, and experiences from the last few days, what type of fruit are you producing?

 

  1. Share about a time you experienced agapē (brotherly, benevolent, good will) love?

 

  1. Can we as a small group brainstorm a way we can serve together in the next three weeks? (Perhaps it is for someone in the group, but it could be someone else.)

 

  1. Why is participating in acts of service something God commands us to do? How does it benefit both parties?
